Pantang (Game Project )

This is my first video game project! I have worked on the environment and the character in this project ((The protagonist is actually me :D
The art direction chosen for this project was photomanipulation, hence our environment are pieced together with images we took from the peranakan cultural museum and online. We tried our best to follow authentic peranakan structure to accurately represent this culture in our game in a non narrative way.

Pantang is a point-and-click 2D side-scroller survival horror game where you play as a wife who descended from Peranakan ( Baba Nyonya) culture having marriage issues. You escape to your old family mansion after a huge fight with your husband, what you didn't know is that this is where your real nightmare begins.
